libwasys.sys
OPSWAT's libwasys.sys (OESIS V4 Helper Driver) exposes process termination through IOCTL 0x22E00C on \\.\WasysControl. Jehad Abudagga's KillerLand research publishes a proof of concept that submits a four-byte target PID and reports termination of protected AV/EDR processes. Static analysis of versions 10.3.85.0 and 10.3.2951.0 confirms that this IOCTL resolves the supplied PID with PsLookupProcessByProcessId, opens the process with ObOpenObjectByPointer using KernelMode, assigns it to a job object, and calls ZwTerminateJobObject. The device security descriptor grants generic-all access to built-in users. The shared README identifies version 10.3.85.0 by SHA256, while the bundled binary is version 10.3.2951.0; both samples contain the termination path. Protected-process termination is reported by the researcher and was not independently reproduced here.
